Vehicle Fitment

• Universal - No vehicle-specific fitment. Designed for remote mounting on any competition or custom-built vehicle using a Radium Engineering FCST, FCST-X, or any fuel cell or tank requiring a remote-mounted 2.25in dry break quick-fill filler.

Fitment Notes

• Requires a 77mm (3.03") hole to be fabricated in the mounting surface (e.g., fender, body panel).
• Mates with Radium 20-0996 or 20-0496 1.5in male dry break probe (dump can side) - dry break probe not included.
• Filler hose requirement is 2.25in ID - this is a larger diameter than the standard 1.5in filler versions and is not interchangeable without an adapter.
• Compatible with all fuel types including gasoline, diesel, AV gas, ethanol, methanol, E15, and E85.
• Does not include accessories to connect to the fuel cell or tank.

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-1204-V is a vented remote mount fuel filler featuring a 1.5in female dry break receiver and a larger 2.25in hose barb outlet, designed for competition vehicles requiring higher flow rates during refueling. The 2.25in hose diameter allows greater fuel volume per second compared to standard 1.5in filler setups, making it ideal for larger fuel cells or installations where the remote filler is positioned well above the fuel cell and fill speed is critical. When mated with a compatible 1.5in male dry break probe on a dump can, both valve seals open and close simultaneously - enabling fast, no-spill refueling without removing a cap.

The vented fuel cap provides roll-over protection in the event of an accident. The housing mounts via five M5 bolts through a 77mm hole fabricated in any body panel. At 4.08in from dry break to barb, the unit is compact enough for tight fender installations. Compatible with all fuel types, the 20-1204-V is the larger-diameter counterpart to the 20-1004-V and suits applications where maximum fill speed is the priority.
