Vehicle Fitment

• Universal - No vehicle-specific fitment. Designed for remote mounting on any competition or custom-built vehicle using a Radium Engineering FCST, FCST-X, or compatible fuel cell/tank requiring a remote dry break quick-fill filler.

Fitment Notes

• Requires a 77mm (3.03") hole to be fabricated in the mounting surface (e.g., fender, body panel).
• Mates with Radium 20-0996 or 20-0496 1.5in male dry break probe (dump can side) - dry break probe not included.
• The 75-degree 24AN elbow outlet can be rotated to point in any direction for flexible hose routing. The elbow can also be removed to attach a 24AN filler hose directly.
• Compatible with all fuel types including gasoline, diesel, AV gas, ethanol, methanol, E15, and E85.
• Does not include accessories to connect to the fuel cell or tank.

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-1104-V is a vented remote mount fuel filler featuring a 1.5in female dry break receiver, designed for motorsport applications where fast, spill-free refueling is essential. When mated with a compatible 1.5in male dry break probe on a dump can, both valve seals open and close simultaneously - allowing fuel to flow with no spillage and no manual cap removal. The vented fuel cap provides roll-over protection in the event of an accident, preventing fuel escape if the vehicle becomes inverted.

The included 75-degree 24AN elbow connects the filler housing to 1.5in filler hose and can be clocked in any direction for optimized routing to the fuel cell or FCST fill neck. A dedicated aluminum 1-7/8" wrench is included for proper B-nut installation. The housing mounts via five M5 bolts through a 77mm fabricated hole in any body panel. Compatible with all fuel types, the 20-1104-V is a complete solution for teams running Radium dry break quick-fill systems.
