Vehicle Fitment

• Universal - No vehicle-specific fitment. Designed for remote mounting on any competition or custom-built vehicle using a Radium Engineering FCST, FCST-X, or any fuel cell/tank requiring a remote-mounted capless fuel filler.

Fitment Notes

• Requires a 77mm (3.03") hole to be fabricated in the mounting surface (e.g., fender, body panel).
• The 75-degree 24AN elbow outlet can be rotated to point in any direction for flexible hose routing. The elbow can be removed to attach a 24AN filler hose directly.
• Uses the same threads as the Radium standard cap and dry break cap - all cap styles are interchangeable.
• Compatible with all fuel types including gasoline, diesel, AV gas, ethanol, methanol, E15, and E85.
• Does not include accessories to connect to the fuel tank or cell. Can be upgraded to a dry break system later using Radium 20-0549-V.

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-1103 is a capless remote mount fuel filler featuring a swing valve design - mimicking modern OEM-style "capless" fillers where nothing needs to be unscrewed during refueling. The swing valve opens automatically when a fill nozzle is inserted and reseals via an FKM O-ring when removed, keeping debris out and fuel in. The press-fit dust cap tethers directly to the flange for quick, hassle-free access. The 30mm opening accepts both gasoline and diesel nozzles.

The included 75-degree 24AN elbow attaches to the flanged fill neck and can be clocked in any direction to optimize hose routing toward the fuel cell or FCST fill neck. A bespoke aluminum 1-7/8" wrench is included for proper B-nut tightening. The housing mounts to a 77mm hole in any body panel surface and bolts down via five M5 fasteners. The unit is upgradeable to a dry break system using Radium 20-0549-V, making it a future-proof choice for evolving fuel system builds.
