Product Description

The Radium 20-1003 is a remote-mount swing valve fuel filler designed to give a vehicle a clean, capless refueling point mounted away from the fuel tank - typically on a fender or body panel. Instead of a traditional screw-off cap, the swing valve opens automatically when a filler nozzle is inserted, closely mimicking the capless fillers found on modern OEM vehicles.

The housing uses an FKM O-ring to seal the swing valve, and a 30mm opening is sized to accept both gasoline and diesel nozzles. A press-fit dust cap with a tether keeps dirt and debris out of the filler when it's not in use. On the tank side, the fill neck has a machined 1.5-inch hose barb connection, and the whole unit mounts through a 77mm hole using its 4.75-inch flange and five M5 bolts.

This filler is part of Radium's modular remote-mount system - it shares cap threads with Radium's dry break and standard vented fillers, so it can be swapped between cap styles later (including upgrading to a dry break using part 20-0549-V) without replacing the whole housing. Keep in mind this listing covers the remote filler only; you'll still need a matching fill neck at the tank or fuel cell and a length of 1.5-inch filler hose to complete the installation.
