Fitment Notes

• Pump NOT included. This is the hardware-only kit (sleeve, electrical adapter harness, and hardware). Select a compatible pump from the list below and order separately.
• The sleeve is designed for aftermarket pumps with a 39mm outer diameter only. Measure your pump's outer diameter before ordering - pumps larger or smaller than 39mm will not fit the sleeve.
• Compatible pumps (39mm OD): Walbro GSS341 255LPH, Walbro GSS342 255LPH, Walbro F90000262 (Gas), Walbro F90000267 (E85), Walbro F90000273 (Gas), Walbro F90000274 (E85), Walbro F90000285 (E85), Walbro F90000295 (E85), AEM 50-1000 (Gas), AEM 50-1200 (E85), Aeromotive 340R 11141.
• The Walbro F90000262 and F90000273 use the same electrical connector as the OEM Porsche pump and are the most plug-and-play option. Other pumps require the included electrical adapter harness.
• All pumps listed above outflow the OEM Porsche fuel pump, with the exception of the Walbro GSS341/342 255LPH. If using a 255LPH pump, remove the OEM check valve (detailed in included instructions) to ensure adequate flow.
• No permanent modifications to the fuel system are required. The OEM Porsche venturi jet pump system and fuel level sender are fully retained.
• To address fuel starvation issues inherent to the OEM 996 Turbo fuel tank design under hard driving, Radium recommends pairing this kit with the Radium Fuel Surge Tank Kit for the 996 Turbo.
• Sold as a complete hardware kit - one kit per vehicle (one pump location).

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0276-00 is a hardware-only fuel pump install kit for the 2001-2005 Porsche 911 Turbo (996), providing everything needed to replace the OEM Porsche fuel pump with a popular 39mm OD aftermarket high-flow pump - without any permanent modifications to the fuel system. The core of the kit is a 6061-T6 CNC billet aluminum adapter sleeve that bridges the diameter difference between a 39mm OD aftermarket pump and the 50mm OD of the OEM Porsche pump. The sleeve slides over the aftermarket pump body, and a machined rib snaps into the OEM fuel pump hanger to lock it in place and correctly position the filter sock - replicating the OEM pump's physical footprint in the hanger so the assembly installs as a direct bolt-in. A plug-and-play electrical adapter harness is included for pumps that do not share the OEM Porsche connector (the Walbro F90000262/273 share the OEM connector and need no adapter).

Compatible aftermarket pumps include the full range of popular 39mm Walbro and AEM units - from the Walbro GSS341/342 255LPH entry level through the F90000262/267/273/274/285/295 high-flow series and the AEM 50-1000/50-1200, as well as the Aeromotive 340R. All listed pumps outflow the OEM Porsche unit except the GSS341/342, which require removal of the OEM in-tank check valve to match OEM flow. The OEM venturi jet pump system and fuel level sender are fully retained, and no cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications are required. For 996 Turbo owners also experiencing fuel starvation under hard driving inherent to the OEM tank design, Radium recommends pairing this kit with the Radium Fuel Surge Tank Kit for the 996 platform.
