Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0977-FL is a dedicated PCV catch can kit for the 1992-2002 Mazda RX-7 FD3S, compatible with all model years in both RHD and LHD configurations. It mounts cleanly to the firewall and routes through the brake booster intake manifold port, maintaining the factory closed-loop PCV system while capturing oil vapor, water condensation, and other contaminants before they reach the intake manifold, intercooler walls, and throttle body.

The kit features Radium's patented Fluid Lock® technology, which prevents the 7 fl oz catch can reservoir from overfilling and eliminates the risk of oil dumping into the intake if the can is not serviced promptly. The pressure-sealed, O-ring design makes it fully compatible with the FD3S twin-turbo setup - no additional check valve required when connected to the intake manifold. Everything needed for a complete bolt-in installation is included with no cutting or drilling required.
