Fitment Notes

• This is a plumbing-only kit - the fuel rail (Radium 20-0503-02) must be purchased separately
• Not compatible with direct-injected (GDI/DI) engine variants
• Early Ford models with a Bosch fuel pressure sensor on the OEM fuel rail require the separate Radium 20-1303 Ford Sensor Adapter (fits 2005-2009 Ford Focus and 2005-2008 Ford Escape)
• Compatible with OEM or OEM-equivalent injectors only; injector height and O-ring dimensions must match factory specs
• For use with the Radium 20-0503-02 fuel rail only

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0503-PK is the dedicated plumbing kit for the Radium 20-0503-02 fuel rail, designed for port-injected Mazda MZR and Ford Duratec 4-cylinder engines. It includes the 8AN ORB plugs and SAE fitting needed to connect the aftermarket rail directly to the factory fuel system, making the upgrade a clean, bolt-in installation without any custom fabrication.

Fully compatible with E85 and other alcohol-blend fuels, this kit integrates seamlessly with Radium's broader fuel system ecosystem, including their direct-mount regulators, fuel pulse dampers, and fuel pressure gauge adapters. Note that early Ford Duratec engines equipped with a Bosch fuel pressure sensor require the separate Radium 20-1303 sensor adapter; the fuel rail itself (20-0503-02) is sold separately.
