Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0012-01 is a high-flow billet aluminum fuel rail for all Toyota 2ZZ-GE and 1ZZ-FE engines, covering vehicles from the Toyota Celica GT-S and Matrix XRS to the Lotus Elise, Exige, and 2-Eleven. Machined from billet 6061 aluminum and finished with corrosion-resistant anodizing, this fuel rail provides a robust, reliable, and clean solution for both OEM and upgraded fuel systems. The design was specifically engineered to clear the intercooler mounting boss found on the supercharged Lotus Exige-S and 2-Eleven, making it a true universal fit across all 2ZZ-GE and 1ZZ-FE applications without clearance issues.

The fuel rail features dual end ports tapped for 8AN ORB fittings, allowing easy plumbing to either a return or returnless fuel system. Unlike tapered pipe threads, ORB threads seal with O-rings, eliminating the risk of thread damage and reducing the chance of fuel leaks. The center port accepts the OEM fuel pulse damper to help dampen high-frequency pressure fluctuations. For a complete installation, Radium offers the fuel rail plumbing kit (20-0012-PK, sold separately) that provides all fittings and hardware for hookup to the factory fuel piping. When installing on a 1ZZ-FE with OEM injectors, shorter mounting bolts (M8x1.25x70mm) are required and are not included.
