Fitment Notes

• The -01 suffix denotes a Radium green anodized top - functionally identical to the 20-1528-00 black top version
• Return-style regulator only - must be plumbed AFTER the fuel rail; cannot be used in a dead-head (returnless) fuel system; see the Radium MPR-RA (20-1100) for dead-head applications
• NOT for use on the low-pressure side of mechanical fuel pumps
• Pulse damper operates at maximum efficiency within a base static pressure range of 40-105 psi (2.8-7.2 bar); for dynamic fuel pressure outside this range, the vacuum/boost reference line must be connected
• Base pressure is measured with the fuel pump running and no vacuum line connected to the regulator
• Sold individually - one regulator/damper assembly per unit

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-1528-01 FPRD-RA is the green-top variant of Radium's Fuel Pressure Regulator Damper - Rotating Assembly, combining a full RA-series adjustable fuel pressure regulator and an integrated 1:1 fuel pulse damper in a single billet aluminum package. The pulse damper is an industry first, absorbing pressure oscillations generated by the fuel pump, injectors, and regulator itself to deliver consistently stable rail pressure. Both the regulator and damper share vacuum reference ports on the same 360° swiveling, double O-ring sealed assembly, allowing the installer to orient the vacuum fitting in any direction post-installation without tools.

Pressure adjustment is fully tool-less via the RA-series knob with incremental haptic detents at approximately 1 psi per click. The 10AN ORB inlet and return ports accommodate high-flow systems up to 1,400 LPH, and the included 6AN and 8AN male adapters cover most common plumbing configurations. An auxiliary 1/8 in. NPT port accepts a pressure gauge or sensor. The unit mounts via two M6x1mm threaded holes directly in the body and can be installed in any orientation, including upside down. It is a return-style regulator only and must be plumbed after the fuel rail - it is not compatible with dead-head fuel systems. Compatible with all gasoline types and alcohol blends including E85. The -01 suffix indicates Radium green anodized top; all specifications are otherwise identical to the 20-1528-00 black top version.
