Vehicle Fitment

• Universal - Compatible with any EFI fuel system requiring a return-style fuel pressure regulator with 6AN ORB port provisions.
• Designed to accept any OEM or aftermarket Bosch-style regulator top insert (sold separately). Users who already have a Bosch regulator top from another source purchase this housing body to complete their FPR assembly.

Fitment Notes

• This is the housing body only - no Bosch regulator top insert is included. A regulator top must be sourced separately. If a complete assembled FPR is needed, order Radium 20-0026-00 (3.0 Bar) or 20-0026-01 (4.0 Bar) instead.
• The Bosch regulator top is secured in the housing with a stainless steel snap retaining ring and can be removed and reinstalled using standard snap-ring pliers - no special tools required.
• Regulators are vacuum/boost referenced at a 1:1 ratio - as intake manifold pressure rises or falls, fuel pressure tracks at the same rate. For static (non-vacuum-referenced) fuel pressure, simply cap the vacuum barb.
• FPR must be plumbed on the return side, after the fuel rail(s). The housing can be mounted in any orientation including inverted using the included bracket or the two threaded holes in the body.
• Note: minimum, static, and maximum pressure values are influenced by fuel pump flow rate. Radium tests these FPRs using a Walbro 255 lph pump. Higher-flowing pumps may result in higher minimum pressure. For very high pump flow applications, consider a high-flow FPR.

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0014 is the billet 6061 aluminum housing body for Radium's universal fuel pressure regulator system, sold without a regulator top insert for users who already have a Bosch-style top from another source or who are replacing a damaged housing body on an existing installation. The compact housing is black anodized and laser etched for a clean appearance and long-term corrosion resistance, and features two 6AN ORB high-pressure ports, an integrated 6AN male return port machined directly into the body, and a 1/8 in.-27 NPT female port for a fuel pressure gauge or transducer. The Bosch regulator top insert drops into the housing and is secured with a stainless steel snap retaining ring - removable with standard snap-ring pliers for top swaps or servicing without disturbing the plumbing.

The housing is designed for vacuum/boost-referenced operation at a 1:1 ratio, meaning fuel pressure rises and falls in direct proportion to intake manifold pressure - a requirement for boosted applications running rising-rate fuel pressure to maintain a consistent pressure differential across the injectors. For static fuel pressure, simply cap the vacuum barb. The included anodized aluminum bracket and stainless steel hardware allow mounting in any orientation including inverted, and the two threaded holes in the body allow bracket-free direct mounting as well.
