Vehicle Fitment

Fitment Notes

• Installs via the included 6AN inline adapter into any inline 6AN fitting in the fuel line, or directly via the gauge's nickel-plated 1/8 in. NPT male fitting into any 1/8 in. NPT female port. Always use PTFE thread sealant paste on NPT threads - do not use tape.
• The 6AN inline adapter interrupts the fuel line for installation - ensure the fuel line is depressurized and drained before cutting into the line to install the adapter.
• A small internal silicone bubble visible through the lens is a normal characteristic of silicone-filled gauges and does not indicate a defect or air intrusion.
• Do not exceed 100 psi - overpressurization can permanently misalign the needle calibration.

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0152 is a silicone-filled 0-100 psi (0-6.9 bar) fuel pressure gauge bundled with a 6AN inline adapter, designed for installations where the gauge needs to tap into an existing 6AN fuel line rather than a dedicated port on the fuel rail or regulator. The included 6AN inline adapter interrupts the fuel line at any convenient point between the pump outlet and the fuel rail inlet, providing an NPT port for the gauge without requiring modifications to the fuel rail or regulator housing. It is also compatible with the Radium FST-R fuel surge tank, mounting directly into the FST-R outlet port via the 6AN adapter. The same high-quality gauge body used across Radium's gauge lineup is employed here - silicone-filled for vibration-free needle stability, with ±2% full-scale accuracy and a rugged stainless steel case that stands up to engine bay conditions.

As with all silicone-filled gauges, a small internal bubble visible through the acrylic lens is normal and does not indicate a leak or defect. Always use PTFE thread sealant paste on all NPT connections - never tape. Do not exceed 100 psi, as overpressurization can permanently shift needle calibration. The gauge can also be installed directly via its 1/8 in. NPT male fitting if a suitable NPT port is already available in the fuel system, making the 6AN inline adapter optional depending on the application.
