Vehicle Fitment

• Universal - Compatible with Radium Engineering high-flow fuel filters (all variants using a 60mm outer diameter body) and the Bosch 0 580 254 044 (044) external fuel pump, both of which share a 60mm outer diameter.
• For maximum thermal efficiency, must be mounted in a location exposed to moving airflow through the cooling fins - the underside of the chassis or vehicle floor is the recommended location.
• Not suitable for fuel filters or pumps with an outer diameter other than 60mm.

Fitment Notes

• 60mm inner diameter - verify that your fuel filter or pump outer diameter is 60mm before ordering. Fits all Radium Engineering high-flow inline fuel filters and the Bosch 044 external fuel pump.
• Unlike rubber-lined mounting clamps that insulate the filter or pump from the chassis, this clamp uses a conductive aluminum design that intentionally transfers thermal energy from the filter/pump body into the chassis - acting as a heat sink. This requires the clamp to be mounted to a conductive metal chassis surface for effective heat transfer.
• For maximum cooling efficiency, mount in a location where ambient airflow passes through the extruded cooling fins during driving - such as the undercarriage. An enclosed heat source location will reduce effectiveness.
• Sold individually - one clamp per listing.

The Radium Engineering 20-0221 is a custom-extruded 6063 aluminum heat exchanger mounting clamp for Radium high-flow inline fuel filters and the Bosch 044 external fuel pump - both of which share a 60mm outer diameter. As pump power demands increase globally, fuel temperature management has become a critical concern in high-output fuel systems: fuel pumps running at high duty cycle generate significant heat, and that heat transfers into the fuel, raising fuel temperature, reducing fuel density, and shortening pump service life. Most mounting clamps on the market use rubber-lined jaws that insulate the pump or filter from the chassis and trap heat. The Radium 20-0221 takes the opposite approach - its conductive aluminum construction creates a direct thermal path from the filter or pump body through the clamp into the metal chassis, which then acts as a heat sink. The integrated extruded cooling fins extend the surface area available for convective heat transfer to moving air.
