Vehicle Fitment

  • Radium Engineering RA-Series Fuel Cells - All sizes (6, 10, 10.5, 14, and 22 gallon) - Replacement or spare nut ring.
  • Also compatible with any fuel cell from any manufacturer using the industry-standard 6x10 bolt pattern with 1/4 in.-28 threaded holes.
  • Not compatible with fuel cells using non-standard bolt patterns or thread pitches other than 1/4 in.-28. Verify your fuel cell's bolt pattern and thread specification before ordering.

Fitment Notes

  • This is a replacement or spare nut ring only - it does not include a gasket. Order Radium P/N 18-0015 (FKM 6x10 gasket) separately if a new gasket is needed.
  • Designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for the anodized aluminum nut ring included standard with all Radium RA-Series fuel cells. No modifications required for Radium RA-Series applications.
  • For non-Radium fuel cells, verify that your cell uses the standard 6x10 bolt pattern with 1/4 in.-28 threads before purchasing.
  • Sold individually - one nut ring per listing.

Features

  • CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum for precise bolt hole placement, consistent thread engagement, and light weight.
  • Black anodized finish provides corrosion resistance and long-term compatibility with all fuel types including gasoline, diesel, E85, ethanol, and methanol - no degradation from alcohol-blend fuels.
  • All 24 threaded holes tapped to the industry-standard 1/4 in.-28 thread pitch using the standard 6x10 bolt pattern, ensuring correct clamping force and even gasket compression around the full perimeter of the fuel cell lid.
  • Functions as a replacement for a damaged or corroded nut ring, or as a spare to have on hand for rapid fuel cell servicing at the track.
  • Compatible with Radium FCST-X and other drop-in fuel pump assemblies that mount through the fuel cell lid - nut ring geometry is unchanged from the factory Radium unit.
  • Manufactured in the USA by Radium Engineering.

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 14-0584 is a replacement CNC-machined 6061 aluminum nut ring for Radium RA-Series fuel cells, finished in black anodize for corrosion resistance and full compatibility with all fuel types including E85 and methanol. It uses the industry-standard 6x10 bolt pattern with 24 holes tapped to 1/4 in.-28, matching the nut ring included standard with every Radium RA-Series fuel cell and making it a direct bolt-in replacement on all RA-Series sizes from 6 to 22 gallons. It is also compatible with any other fuel cell manufacturer's enclosure that uses the same standard 6x10 pattern and 1/4 in.-28 thread specification.

This listing covers the nut ring only - a gasket is not included. If the existing gasket is damaged, worn, or being replaced as part of a service interval, order Radium P/N 18-0015 (FKM 6x10 gasket) separately. Having a spare nut ring on hand is especially useful for teams running fuel cell-equipped race cars where rapid lid removal and reinstallation is routine during endurance events or multi-day testing. Sold individually; manufactured in the USA.
