Vehicle Fitment

• Universal - No vehicle-specific fitment. Compatible with any fuel cell or tank using a 12AN ORB (1-1/16"-12 threads) female threaded vent port in conjunction with Radium Engineering DSV valves (20-0535 or 20-0935).

Fitment Notes

• Requires a Radium Engineering DSV valve (20-0535 Low Fill or 20-0935 High Fill) - DSV valves are sold separately and must be purchased to use this adapter.
• Compatible with Radium FCST (standard filler), FCST-X (standard filler), and any other fuel cell or tank with a 12AN ORB female threaded vent port.
• Not compatible with early 20-014X-XX FCST models, which used 8AN ORB vent ports.
• Should not be used with dry break quick-fill systems if fuel ejects from the vent during or after refueling - this indicates the shut-off point is too high in the system.

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-1035 DSV Valve Extension Adapter installs inline between a Radium Dynamic Safety Valve (DSV) and the 12AN ORB vent port of a fuel cell or FCST/FCST-X unit. By raising the effective height of the DSV float ball shut-off point, the adapter allows a greater volume of fuel to enter the cell before venting is cut off - a key advantage in motorsport applications where remote fillers are mounted high and maximum fuel capacity per fill is critical.

Machined from anodized 6061 aluminum with a FKM O-ring seal, it threads directly into any 12AN ORB female vent port and accepts any current Radium DSV valve offering at the top. Note that Radium DSV valves (20-0535 or 20-0935) are not included and must be purchased separately. This adapter is not compatible with early FCST units using 8AN ORB vent ports.
