The Radium Engineering 20-0535 is an internal Dynamic Safety Vent (DSV) valve designed for fuel cells and tanks with 12AN ORB female vent threads. Its high-flow 12AN male outlet accommodates dry break quick-fill systems using dump cans, making it the go-to choice for endurance racing and competition builds that require rapid refueling. The upper float ball automatically shuts off the vent when the cell reaches capacity, stopping fuel flow and preventing overflow - no manual monitoring required.

A lower stainless steel ball provides rollover protection by sealing the vent if the vehicle is inverted, preventing fuel from escaping through the vent line in the event of an accident. Built from billet 6061 aluminum with FKM Viton seals and stainless steel internals, this DSV is compatible with all fuel types including E85, methanol, and ethanol. It disassembles easily for maintenance and pairs directly with Radium's FCST and FCST-X fuel cell surge tank systems.
