Fitment Notes

• Designed specifically for the C7 Z06 LT4 supercharged engine - the OEM PCV valve is integrated in the crankcase valley under the supercharger and cannot be reused with a standard catch can; the included billet PCV bypass adapter resolves this

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-1186-FL is a dual Fluid Lock catch can kit engineered specifically for the 2015-2019 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and other C7 variants equipped with the LT4 or LT5 engine. It simultaneously addresses both the PCV and CCV crankcase ventilation circuits, which is critical on the Z06's supercharged LT4 - the OEM PCV valve is integrated directly into the crankcase valley beneath the supercharger and cannot be adapted for a conventional catch can. Radium's included billet PCV bypass replaces the OEM valve, allowing a catch can to be plumbed in line with a new Radium PCV valve at the outlet. The CCV can intercepts the dry sump vent line to the intake, capturing blow-by that under wide-open throttle would otherwise coat the intake pipe and intercooler with oil sludge.

Both cans feature Radium's patented Fluid Lock mechanism. If either can fills up and is not serviced, an internal valve closes to prevent overflow from entering the engine - while still maintaining normal crankcase venting. The polished billet ground plate uses 3 OEM electrical grounding points for a clean, no-drill installation, and the anodized dual bracket incorporates aluminum spacers to clear the supercharger pulley. The entire system is closed-loop (no atmospheric vent), keeping it track and emissions legal.
