Product Description

The Radium 20-0318 is a billet aluminum coolant expansion tank kit for the 2013-2018 Ford Focus ST and 2016-2018 Focus RS, designed as a direct replacement for the factory plastic coolant tank. CNC machined from aluminum and assembled as a two-piece bolted unit, it adds 160mL of additional coolant capacity and incorporates an internal swirl feature to improve system deaeration -- reducing the likelihood of air pockets that can cause hot spots and cooling inefficiencies. The two internal chambers are connected by cross-over passages at the top and bottom, maintaining the same OEM function in a more durable, heat-resistant package.

The kit includes all hoses, fittings, brackets, and stainless hardware for a complete installation with no permanent vehicle modifications. Note: the OEM pressure cap cannot be reused -- the Radium Engineering pressure cap (PN 18-0076-A15) is required and sold separately. Backed by a 12-month limited warranty.
