Fitment Notes

• NOT compatible with the 2JZ-GE VVT-i engine. The 2JZ-GE VVT-i uses a different PCV grommet and valve cover port geometry that does not accept this fitting.
• Compatibility across all Toyota/Lexus models listed above is contingent on the PCV valve using Toyota rubber grommet 90480-18001. Verify the grommet part number on your specific vehicle before ordering if unsure.
• This fitting replaces the OEM Toyota rubber PCV grommet at the intake side valve cover port - the OEM grommet is removed and the Radium fitting presses in its place. No drilling, welding, or permanent modification to the valve cover is required.
• For the exhaust side valve cover port on the 1JZ non-VVTi (17.5mm grommet), see a different Radium press-fit fitting - the 20-0408 is for the 18mm intake port only.

The Radium Engineering 20-0408 is a low-profile 10AN male swivel banjo press-fit fitting designed to replace the OEM Toyota 18mm PCV rubber grommet (90480-18001) at the intake side valve cover port on 1JZ-GTE VVTi, 2JZ-GTE, and 2JZ-GTE VVTi engines, as well as a broad range of other Toyota and Lexus models that use the same grommet. The stainless steel snout (18.0mm diameter, 9.3mm long) presses directly into the OEM port in place of the removed rubber grommet - no drilling, welding, or thread modification to the valve cover is required. After installation, the fitting sits low against the valve cover surface, and the 10AN male ORB outlet swivels freely through 360 degrees via Viton O-ring sealed joints, allowing the catch can or PCV hose to be routed in any direction without twisting.

This fitting is the intake side variant, sized for the 18mm port found on 1JZ-GTE VVTi, 2JZ-GTE, and 2JZ-GTE VVTi valve covers. It is not compatible with the 2JZ-GE VVT-i, which uses a different port geometry.
