Fitment Notes

• Fits the exhaust side valve cover crankcase vent press-in location only - not the intake side
• Exclusive to the 1JZ-GTE Non-VVT-i engine - does not fit the VVT-i 1JZ-GTE (see Radium 20-0509) or 2JZ engines (see Radium 20-0409)
• For intake-side PCV valve replacement on 1JZ-GTE Non-VVT-i, use Radium 20-0408
• When installed in place of a PCV valve, a new PCV valve must be installed inline or on the catch can to maintain the connection to the intake manifold

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0609 is a 10AN low-profile press-in swivel fitting designed to replace the OEM crankcase vent barb on the exhaust side valve cover of the Toyota 1JZ-GTE Non-VVT-i engine. It converts the factory press-in port into a 10AN male swivel connection, enabling the use of large-diameter breather lines required for competition catch can systems. Installation requires no tools, drilling, or welding - it simply presses into the existing valve cover port.

The swivel design rotates a full 360°, giving builders full flexibility to route the breather hose in any direction without kinking or clearance issues. FKM Viton O-rings provide excellent resistance to fuel and oil vapors, ensuring a lasting, leak-free seal. This fitting is specific to the exhaust side of the Non-VVT-i 1JZ-GTE valve cover; builders should note that different Radium part numbers are required for the intake-side PCV port and for VVT-i or 2JZ engine variants.
