Fitment Notes

• This is the exhaust side valve cover fitting for all 2JZ engines (both GTE and GE, both VVTi and Non VVTi variants). The 13.5mm press-fit snout replaces the OEM crankcase vent press-in fitting at the exhaust side port.
• Do NOT confuse with the intake side fitting (Radium 20-0408, 18mm), which fits the intake valve cover port on the 1JZ-GTE VVTi, 2JZ-GTE, and 2JZ-GTE VVTi. Intake and exhaust side ports use different diameter fittings - verify which side you are plumbing before ordering.
• For the exhaust side port on the 1JZ-GTE VVTi, see Radium 20-0509. For the exhaust side port on the 1JZ-GTE Non VVTi, see Radium 20-0609.
• The OEM crankcase vent press-in is removed and this fitting presses directly into the exhaust side valve cover port. No drilling, welding, or permanent modification to the valve cover is required.

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0409 is a low-profile 10AN male swivel banjo press-fit fitting designed to replace the OEM crankcase vent press-in at the exhaust side valve cover port on all Toyota 2JZ engines - covering both the 2JZ-GTE and 2JZ-GE in VVTi and Non VVTi configurations. The 13.5mm stainless steel snout presses directly into the OEM exhaust side port in place of the factory press-in, requiring no drilling, welding, or modification to the valve cover. After installation, the 10AN male ORB outlet swivels freely through 360 degrees via Viton O-ring sealed joints, allowing the crankcase vent or catch can hose to exit in any direction for optimized routing in the 2JZ engine bay.

This fitting is specific to the exhaust side of the 2JZ valve cover, which uses a 13.5mm port - distinct from the 18mm intake side port served by the Radium 20-0408. Builders plumbing both valve cover ports on a 2JZ will need one of each: 20-0408 for the intake side and 20-0409 for the exhaust side. For 1JZ engines, different part numbers apply: exhaust side for 1JZ-GTE VVTi uses 20-0509, and exhaust side for 1JZ-GTE Non VVTi uses 20-0609.
