Vehicle Fitment

• Replacement filter element for use in Radium Engineering fuel filter housings (PN: 18-0025 series and 20-0220 series high-flow fuel filter kits). Not compatible with fuel filter housings from other manufacturers.
• Compatible with all Radium fuel filter kit applications including vehicle-specific kits (e.g., 20-0585 Nissan, and others) - verify that your kit uses the 18-0025 element family before ordering.
• Universal fuel type compatibility - suitable for gasoline, diesel, E15, E85, ethanol, and methanol fuel systems.

Fitment Notes

• This is the 100 micron stainless steel element variant. For finer filtration, see 18-0025-03 (10 micron stainless steel) or 18-0025-05 (6 micron microglass). Select filtration level based on your fuel system's requirements and injector sensitivity.
• The 100 micron element is best suited for pre-filter or coarse-filter applications, or for systems where minimal flow restriction is a priority. For fine final filtration ahead of fuel injectors, consider the 10 or 6 micron variants.
• Element is reusable - can be cleaned and reinstalled. Replace the internal FKM O-ring at each service interval; an O-ring service kit (sold separately) is available from Radium Engineering.
• Sold individually - one replacement filter element per listing.

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 18-0025-04 is a 100 micron stainless steel replacement filter element for use in Radium's 18-0025 series and 20-0220 series fuel filter housings. The stainless steel filtration media provides coarse particulate capture at 100 microns with very low restriction at high flow rates, making this element well suited for pre-filter applications, high-flow fuel systems, or installations where minimizing pressure drop across the filter is a priority. A stainless steel internal core prevents the element from collapsing under high fuel flow or elevated pressure differential, maintaining consistent filtration geometry throughout the service interval. The anodized aluminum end caps are laser engraved with the part number and micron rating so there is never any ambiguity about which element is installed when servicing the filter.

The internal FKM O-ring provides a chemically resistant, leak-free seal within the Radium filter housing and is fully compatible with all fuel types including E85, ethanol, and methanol. Unlike disposable paper elements, this stainless steel element is reusable - it can be removed, flushed, inspected, and reinstalled. The O-ring should be replaced at each service interval; Radium's optional O-ring service kit is available separately.
