Vehicle Fitment

Fitment Notes

• Installs via the included straight 8AN ORB adapter into any 8AN ORB port, or directly via the gauge's nickel-plated 1/8 in. NPT male fitting into any 1/8 in. NPT female port. Use PTFE thread sealant paste on all NPT threads - do not use tape.
• A small internal silicone bubble visible through the lens is normal - this is a characteristic of silicone-filled gauges and does not indicate a defect.
• Do not overpressurize beyond 100 psi - exceeding the gauge's rated range can permanently misalign the needle calibration and void accuracy.

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0075 is a silicone-filled 0-100 psi (0-6.9 bar) fuel pressure gauge packaged with a straight 8AN ORB adapter for direct installation into any 8AN ORB port on a fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, or fuel filter housing. The silicone fill fluid dampens needle flutter and vibration caused by fuel pressure pulsations and engine vibration, providing a stable, easy-to-read value without the constant needle movement that plagues dry gauges in running engine conditions. The 0-100 psi range and ±2% full-scale accuracy make it suitable for everything from low-pressure naturally aspirated EFI systems through high-boost rising-rate regulated applications where tracking fuel pressure against boost is critical. The rugged stainless steel case and nickel-plated 1/8 in. NPT male fitting allow installation in demanding under-hood environments.

The gauge can be installed two ways: via the included straight 8AN ORB adapter into any available 8AN ORB port, or directly via its 1/8 in. NPT male fitting if an NPT port is already present in the fuel system - always use PTFE thread sealant paste, not tape, on NPT connections.
