Fitment Notes

• Verify OEM fuel pump diameter is 50mm before ordering - this kit is designed for 50mm OEM pump housings
• Compatible with 39mm diameter aftermarket pump bodies only - measure the pump OD before purchasing
• Does NOT fit the E46 M3 - the M3 uses a 43mm OEM pump housing and requires Radium 20-0884
• Does NOT fit E36 models of any trim - E36 fitment is covered by Radium 20-0884 (OBDII models only)
• Fuel pump is NOT included - must be purchased separately
• If the pump does not include a filter sock, a compatible fuel pump filter sock must be sourced separately
• Aftermarket pumps may draw more current than OEM wiring supports - upgrade fuel pump wiring if the factory 15A fuse blows

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-0894 is a fuel pump install kit that allows the most popular 39mm aftermarket high-flow fuel pumps to drop directly into the factory BMW E46 non-M3 fuel pump hanger - no drilling, cutting, or permanent modification required. The CNC billet 6061-T6 aluminum adapter sleeve slides over the 39mm pump body to match the OEM 50mm diameter, and the machined rib locks securely into the factory hanger while properly positioning the filter sock.

All necessary electrical components are included for a complete plug-and-play installation. Verify that your OEM pump measures 50mm in diameter before ordering - if it measures 43mm, the M3 and E36 kit (Radium 20-0884) is required instead. Fuel pump not included; a filter sock must also be present on the aftermarket pump or sourced separately.
