Fitment Notes

• Companion plumbing kit to the Radium Engineering BMW E36 or E46 in-tank fuel hanger - hanger sold separately and required for installation
• The -03 suffix designates a 10-micron stainless steel mesh filter element (cleanable and reusable) - for 6-micron microglass filtration, see 20-1175-05
• Same plumbing kit is shared across both the E36 and E46 hanger applications - one part number serves both platforms
• Compatible with OEM BMW (VDO) fuel level senders only - not compatible with aftermarket Bosch senders
• Fuel rail not included - Radium recommends pairing with a Radium BMW fuel rail for best compatibility
• Compatible with E85 and all standard fuel types

• Complete plug-and-play plumbing solution from the hanger outlet to the engine - all hoses, fittings, filter, regulator, and hardware included
• 8AN PTFE feed hose routes from the hanger outlet over the top of the fuel tank, down the chassis via two billet fuel/brake line retainers, through the OEM filter location, and into the engine bay to the fuel rail
• 10-micron stainless steel mesh billet fuel filter mounts in the OEM filter location - no new bracket fabrication required
• Radium DMR-RA direct mount fuel pressure regulator mounts at the rear of the fuel rail for clean, integrated installation
• 0-100 psi fuel pressure gauge included for accurate FPR calibration
• 6AN return hose with SAE quick connect adapter routes from the DMR back to the fuel hanger return port
• Replacement Radium PRV venturi jet pump included - integrated pressure relief valve controls excessive return flow that would otherwise pop off the OEM venturi jet pump connection under high-flow conditions

Product Description

The Radium Engineering 20-1175-03 is the complete fuel hanger plumbing kit for the BMW E36 and E46, designed to pair with the Radium in-tank fuel hanger for either platform (sold separately). It provides everything needed to route fuel from the hanger outlet through the chassis to the engine - including pre-made 8AN PTFE feed hoses, a 10-micron stainless mesh fuel filter in the OEM mounting location, a Radium DMR-RA direct mount fuel pressure regulator at the fuel rail, a 6AN return line back to the hanger, and a 0-100 psi gauge for calibration. The stainless filter element is the distinguishing feature of the -03 variant - cleanable, reusable, and suited for builds that prioritize serviceability over ultra-fine filtration.

Also included is a Radium PRV venturi jet pump replacement for the OEM unit. The integrated pressure relief valve solves a known failure mode where excessive return flow at low loads can pop off the OEM venturi jet connection and halt fuel transfer. The entire system is E85 compatible and requires no cutting, drilling, or permanent modification to the vehicle. Fuel rail not included - Radium recommends pairing with a Radium BMW fuel rail.
