Product Description

The QA1 DK31-FMM4 is the shocks-not-included version of QA1's Level 1 full-vehicle drag racing suspension kit for 1996-2004 SN95 and New Edge Ford Mustangs (Base and GT). This configuration gives builders the freedom to independently select front struts, rear shocks, and spring rates - ideal for Mustangs that fall outside the typical average-weight, stock-trim profile, or for builds where custom valving and spring rates are already planned. The kit addresses the rear suspension geometry and control arm foundation that is essential to consistent drag race launching.

Boxed rear lower control arms eliminate the flex inherent in factory stamped arms, while adjustable aluminum upper control arms allow pinion angle tuning directly on the vehicle without removing the links. The rear sway bar reduces body roll during weight transfer for more predictable launches and improved 60-foot times. All components bolt directly into factory SN95/New Edge mounting locations with no cutting or welding required, and polyurethane rear-end bushings are included to eliminate housing flex.
