Product Description

QA1 52884 is a performance-tuned front sway bar designed for 1994-2004 Ford Mustang SN95 and New Edge applications. The 1-1/4-inch hollow 4130 chromoly bar is engineered to increase torsional stiffness while keeping weight lower than a comparable solid bar. The result is reduced body roll, improved cornering stability, and a more predictable chassis response during performance driving.

The sway bar uses 3/16-inch-wall tubing, CNC-bent application-specific geometry, and machined and welded bar ends. A gloss black powder-coated finish provides corrosion resistance, while the supplied polyurethane bushings help control sway-bar movement. Plated mounting hardware is included, and the factory front sway-bar brackets are reused for the installation.

QA1 52884 fits 1994-2004 Ford Mustang models with rear-wheel drive and is designed as a direct bolt-on front suspension upgrade. It is chassis-specific rather than engine-specific, so no engine restriction is required for the verified Mustang application. Fox Body Mustangs from 1979-1993 and 2005-and-newer Mustangs require different QA1 sway-bar applications.
