Product Description

The QA1 DK31-FMM2 is the shocks-not-included version of QA1's Level 1 full-vehicle drag racing suspension kit for 1979-1993 Fox Body Ford Mustangs. This configuration gives builders the freedom to select their own front struts, rear shocks, and spring rates independently - ideal for Fox Bodies that fall outside the average-weight, stock-trim profile the pre-selected shock packages target, or for builders who already have shocks on hand. The kit includes the rear chassis and control arm components that form the foundation of an effective Fox Body drag suspension setup.

The boxed rear lower control arms eliminate the flex and bushing bind of factory rubber-bushed arms, while the adjustable anodized aluminum upper control arms allow pinion angle tuning directly on the vehicle via spherical rod ends. The rear sway bar reduces rear body roll during hard launches for more consistent weight transfer and improved 60-foot times. All components are bolt-in with no welding or cutting required. This kit is fully compatible with QA1's Level 2 Fox Body drag components for future staged upgrades.
