QA1 52892 is a complete front and rear performance sway bar kit engineered for 1979-1993 Ford Mustang Fox Body vehicles. The kit is designed to reduce body roll and improve grip, handling, and chassis stability by more evenly distributing vehicle load across the tire contact patches during cornering. The front sway bar is constructed from lightweight hollow 4130 chromoly steel with a 1-1/4-inch diameter and 3/16-inch wall thickness. The rear bar uses solid 1-inch 1045 cold-formed steel for increased stiffness and strength. QA1 52892 is designed for 1979-1993 Fox Body Mustangs with rear-wheel drive. The rear sway bar requires QA1 5221 lower trailing arms and is not compatible with Cobra models equipped with IRS.
