The QA1 52853 is an axle-mount rear anti-roll bar engineered specifically for 1978-1988 GM G-Body vehicles including the Monte Carlo, Buick Regal, Cutlass Supreme, El Camino, and Pontiac Grand Prix. Unlike frame-mount designs, this bar attaches directly to the rear axle housing - making it the correct fitment for G-Body builds equipped with QA1 adjustable lower trailing arms, which are not compatible with the factory frame-mount rear sway bar. Built from 1-1/4" hollow 4130 chromoly steel, the bar delivers superior torsional stiffness tuned specifically for this platform without the weight of solid steel alternatives.
