Product Description

The QA1 52829 is a rear 7/8-inch sway bar engineered specifically for 1968-1972 GM X-Body vehicles equipped with a QA1 rear 4-link suspension. It increases rear roll resistance to help reduce body movement through corners and during hard launches, providing a more controlled and predictable suspension response without being intended as a replacement for the factory leaf-spring system.

The bar is designed to follow the rear axle and suspension closely to preserve ground clearance and maintain a clean installation. It includes end links, polyurethane bushings and mounting hardware, making it ready for installation with the compatible QA1 X-Body 4-link system. It will not work with the OEM rear leaf-spring suspension, and exhaust clearance should be checked after installation.
