Product Description

The QA1 RCK52358 is a bolt-in rear Pro Coil coilover conversion kit engineered specifically for 1964-1972 GM A-Body vehicles - including the Chevelle, El Camino, Cutlass 442, GTO, Skylark, and LeMans - as well as 1969-1972 G-Body models including the Monte Carlo and Grand Prix. This double adjustable kit replaces the factory rear shock and spring setup with fully adjustable Pro Coil coilovers, providing independent 18-position compression and rebound damping control (324 total combinations) alongside continuous ride height adjustment from 0.5 inches above stock down to 2.25 inches below stock - all without any cutting, welding, or custom fabrication.

The kit includes vehicle-specific mounting brackets engineered for GM A-Body/G-Body rear geometry, two fully threaded billet aluminum coilover shocks, and two 200 lbs/in high travel springs designed with fewer coils and a smaller wire diameter than standard springs - reducing unsprung weight and increasing suspension travel for superior street and track performance. The 200 lbs/in rate is suited for average-weight A-Body/G-Body builds; alternate spring rates are available separately for heavier vehicles or different ride preferences. Register shocks at QA1 before installation to activate the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
