Product Description

PureFlow AirDog Raptor-4G RP-100 Lift Pump. Designed and manufactured by diesel enthusiasts, incorporating 4G technology with a quiet, smooth-running motor featuring an intermediate shaft that separates the electric motor from fuel flow. A diaphragm fuel pressure regulator offers greater adjustability for consistent output pressure, and a removable, cleanable inlet screen fitting simplifies maintenance.

Mounts to the frame rail via sandwich plate mounting system. Suction line connects to the factory fuel module fitting; pressure side connects at the fuel cooler. This 100 GPH system is internally regulated and needs no return line, well suited for stock fuel trucks. Dual-port gerotor cap allows direct pressure checks.
