The AirDog A4SPBD101 FP-100-4G is a complete air/fuel separation system designed for 1998.5-2004 Dodge Ram trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins 24-valve diesel engine and block-mounted fuel pump. This lift pump system delivers clean, air-free fuel to your VP44 or CP3 injection pump at a consistent positive pressure, eliminating the strain on your injection pump from having to pull fuel from the tank. The system mounts to the inner frame rail using the included sandwich plate mounting system, with the suction side connecting to the factory suction line and the pressure side connecting directly to the injection pump while bypassing the factory fuel filter housing. The included WS100 water separator and FF100-2 fuel filter provide 2-micron filtration that exceeds OEM specifications, protecting your injection system from contaminants. Air and vapor separated from the fuel are returned to the tank through a filler neck tee, ensuring only pure diesel reaches your engine.
