Product Description

The AirDog A4SPBC186 FP-100-4G Lift Pump is a complete diesel fuel air separation and lift pump system engineered for 2011-2014 Chevrolet and GMC 2500/3500 trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax LML engine. This system replaces the factory low-pressure supply path, drawing fuel from the tank's suction port and delivering clean, de-aerated fuel to the CP4 injection pump. By removing air, water, and particulates before they reach the injection system, the AirDog helps improve throttle response, fuel economy, and overall engine reliability.

Featuring a 100 GPH flow rate and proven 4G motor design, this lift pump supports stock and lightly modified Duramax engines. The kit includes all necessary wiring, hoses, quick-connect fittings, and mounting hardware for straightforward installation on the frame rail ahead of the fuel tank. The return line sends excess fuel and separated air back to the tank through a filler-neck tee, maintaining steady system pressure.

Fitment is confirmed for 2011-2014 Chevrolet and GMC Duramax 6.6L LML diesel trucks with both RWD and 4WD drivetrains. 2025 coverage is not applicable for this legacy platform.
