• Requires installation of a 1/2" draw straw suction tube in the fuel tank - fuel tank modification is required.
• Mounts to the inner frame rail using the included sandwich plate mounting system - no drilling required.
• Supply side connects to the factory fuel line feeding the CP3 injection pump.
• Return fuel is routed back to the tank through a filler neck tee (included).

Product Description

The AirDog A4SPBC188 FP-150-4G is a complete fuel air separation and lift pump system purpose-built for 2001-2010 Chevrolet and GMC 6.6L Duramax diesel trucks. Unlike factory setups, the Duramax platform has no OEM lift pump - leaving the CP3 high-pressure injection pump to pull fuel directly from the tank. This creates fuel starvation under load, introduces air and moisture into the system, and accelerates injector wear. The AirDog eliminates this by pre-cleaning and pressurizing fuel before it ever reaches the CP3.

The 150 GPH flow rate makes the A4SPBC188 the right choice for modified or higher-output Duramax builds running programmers, larger injectors, or compound turbo setups. It mounts cleanly to the inner frame rail with no drilling, uses OEM-style quick connect fittings for a clean install, and is engineered with AirDog's proven 4G 4-bearing gerotor motor for reliable, quiet long-term operation. The result is improved throttle response, cleaner combustion, extended injector life, and elimination of the common P0087/P1093 fault codes.
