The Prothane 6-1025 is a front leaf spring eye bushing kit designed specifically for the 1999-2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty across all cab styles, bed lengths, engine options, and drivetrain configurations. It replaces the factory rubber bushings at the front leaf spring eye - a high-stress pivot point that takes the full brunt of suspension travel under load. Over time, the OEM rubber bushings compress, crack, and lose their shape, resulting in suspension slop, clunking, and uneven load distribution. Prothane's polyurethane is far more resistant to deformation under sustained heavy loads, making it an ideal upgrade for trucks used for towing, hauling, or off-road work.
