Product Description

The Prothane 13-1901 is a complete 4-location motor mount insert kit designed for the 1995-1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse and 1995-1998 Eagle Talon with manual transmissions. Rather than replacing the entire mount assembly, these polyurethane inserts press directly into the existing OEM mount housings, upgrading the soft factory rubber at all four engine and transmission mount positions. The result is noticeably reduced engine movement under hard acceleration, improved launch traction, and more precise gear changes - especially critical for turbocharged GST and GSX models and AWD Talon TSi builds.

This kit covers the left, right, front, and rear mount positions and includes all necessary metal sleeves for proper installation. The black version (13-1901-BL) features a graphite-infused compound for reduced friction, while the red version (13-1901) uses standard Prothane polyurethane - both deliver identical performance. This kit is compatible with both FWD and AWD DSM platforms and is a popular upgrade for street-driven and track-prepped 2G Eclipse and Talon builds.
