The Prothane 1-2004 is a complete red polyurethane total bushing kit designed specifically for the 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ. It replaces the factory rubber bushings at all major suspension pivot and mount points - including front upper and lower control arms, axle housing mounts, the front track bar, rear leaf spring eyes, and spring shackles. Upgrading from degraded OEM rubber restores proper suspension geometry, tightens steering response, and reduces the body flex and wander that worn bushings cause over time.
