The Prothane 4-102 kit is engineered for 1972-1985 Dodge and RAM pickup trucks (2WD, standard-cab), including D100-300 and W100-300 models. This direct-fit body mount bushing kit replaces worn factory rubber components with stiffer polyurethane to restore and enhance chassis support and reduce unwanted body movement.

Available in red or the low-noise black (-BL) version, the high-quality polyurethane combined with Super Grease™ reduces vibration and ride harshness without squeaks. Installation is straightforward: bushings press into the mounting points using factory hardware. This improvement enhances ride comfort and prolongs structural integrity on older trucks.

Kit weighs roughly 3.7-3.8 lb and includes all necessary bushings for body-to-frame contact areas. Fitment confirmed only for 2WD truck chassis listed; **does not fit 4WD models or cab styles beyond standard cabs**. Lifetime warranty included.
