The Project Mu PCR09F506 Club Racer RC09 is a dedicated front track brake pad for the Brembo 4-piston front calipers found on the 2004-2017 Subaru WRX STI, 2003-2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII/IX/X, and 2017-2021 Honda Civic Type R FK8. Developed using data from professional racing programs and based on the DNA of Project Mu's legendary H16-03 motorsport compound, the Club Racer RC09 delivers consistent, high-friction stopping power from 300-800°C with virtually zero brake fade, excellent pedal modulation, and lap-after-lap reliability - all at a price well below most professional motorsport pads.

The RC09 compound is an export-only model optimized for circuit driving, time attack, rally, and club racing. It is not recommended for street use - the 300°C minimum operating temperature means the pads will produce noise and dust until fully heat-cycled, and rotor wear increases when operating below the effective temperature range. Project Mu recommends brake duct covers in cold or low-speed conditions. Rear pads available separately. PCR09F506 supersedes a prior discontinued SKU for this pad shape with identical compound characteristics.
