Vehicle Fitment

  • 2008-2012 Honda Accord (All Trims - LX, Sport, EX, EX-L, V6 Coupe/Sedan, FWD/AWD, 8th Gen)
  • 2013-2017 Honda Accord (All Trims - LX, Sport, EX, EX-L, Touring, V6 Coupe/Sedan, FWD/AWD, 9th Gen)
  • 2009-2014 Acura TSX (All Trims - Base, Special Edition, FWD)
  • 2011-2014 Acura TSX Sport Wagon (All Trims, FWD)

Fitment Notes

  • Designed for use with OEM factory end links - aftermarket end links are not included and not required for installation
  • Two-hole adjustable design - inner hole (soft) provides 200 lbs/inch rate; outer hole (stiff) provides 220 lbs/inch rate
  • Compatible with OEM wheel/tire setups as well as wider wheel and UHP tire upgrades
  • Tubular construction provides a higher rate-to-weight ratio than an equivalent solid bar - 7.8 lbs vs 11.2 lbs for the 22.2mm solid 62.0105
  • A professional wheel alignment is recommended after installation to confirm rear suspension geometry is properly set
  • Adjustable end links (sold separately, Part #67.10.120) are available if fine-tuning bar pre-load is desired

Features

  • 25.4mm precision-bent tubular alloy steel construction delivers a rate nearly 5x greater than the OEM 16mm solid bar, dramatically reducing rear body roll and cornering understeer
  • Tubular design achieves a 200-220 lbs/inch spring rate at just 7.8 lbs - delivering a higher rate-to-weight ratio than an equivalent solid bar of the same stiffness
  • Two-hole adjustable end design allows the driver to tune between soft (200 lbs/in) and stiff (220 lbs/in) settings to match driving style and wheel/tire combination
  • Lateral stop rings integrated into the bar design provide instant bar response and eliminate side-to-side bar migration during cornering
  • Low-deflection polyurethane bushings replace OEM rubber for crisper turn-in response and reduced bushing flex under load
  • New bushing brackets feature TIG-welded gussets for maximum rigidity and long-term durability under sustained performance driving
  • Metallic gray powder coat finish on both the sway bar and brackets for corrosion resistance and a clean, professional appearance
  • CNC-bent and fixture-controlled MIG-welded construction ensures exact dimensional accuracy and proper fitment on all covered platforms
  • Designed and manufactured in-house in the USA by Progress Technology - backed by a 1-year limited warranty

Product Description

The Progress Tech 62.0107 is a 25.4mm tubular rear anti-sway bar engineered for the 2008-2017 Honda Accord (8th and 9th Gen) and the 2009-2014 Acura TSX, including the TSX Sport Wagon. Developed as the more aggressive complement to Progress's 22.2mm solid 62.0105, the 62.0107 uses tubular alloy steel construction to achieve a significantly higher spring rate - 200-220 lbs/inch depending on hole position - while keeping total weight at just 7.8 lbs. This is the key advantage of tubular design: it delivers greater torsional stiffness than a heavier equivalent solid bar, making it the ideal choice for drivers running wider wheels, ultra-high-performance tires, or seeking the flattest, most neutral cornering balance achievable from a rear anti-roll bar upgrade.

The two-hole adjustable end design allows tuning between soft and stiff settings, giving drivers the ability to dial in rear roll stiffness to match their specific setup and driving style. Lateral stop rings integrated into the bar eliminate bar migration during hard cornering, ensuring instant, consistent roll response from corner entry through exit. The low-deflection polyurethane bushings replace the factory rubber units to eliminate compliance-induced flex, and the new TIG-gusseted mounting brackets add rigidity to the entire rear suspension mounting interface. The bar and brackets arrive finished in a metallic gray powder coat for a clean, corrosion-resistant appearance in the engine bay.

Progress Tech recommends the 62.0107 for aggressive sport drivers running sticky or semi-slick tires who want to minimize body lean and push cornering performance toward neutral balance - reducing the factory understeer characteristic common in the Accord and TSX platforms. The bar is designed to work directly with OEM end links, and installation requires no cutting or fabrication. For drivers who want to fully eliminate sway bar pre-load or fine-tune installation geometry, Progress Tech's separately available adjustable end links (Part #67.10.120) can be added to the setup. Every 62.0107 is designed, manufactured, and quality-checked in-house in the USA and is backed by Progress Technology's 1-year limited warranty.
