The PowerStop AR86002XL is a front left (driver side) Evolution drilled and slotted brake rotor for 2015-2020 Dodge Challenger and Charger models equipped with the 6-piston Brembo front caliper and 390mm two-piece rotor from the factory. This one-piece cast iron replacement eliminates the complexity of the OE two-piece design while maintaining the same 390mm x 34mm dimensions for a direct bolt-on fit. Precision cross-drilled holes with chamfered edges maximize cooling capacity while minimizing stress concentration, and rounded slots sweep gas, debris, and moisture from the friction surface for consistent pad contact under hard braking. The entire rotor is finished in silver zinc dichromate plating for long-lasting corrosion resistance behind open-spoke wheels.

Cast from G3000-spec grey iron and mill balanced at the factory, the AR86002XL delivers smooth, vibration-free braking from the first stop. This rotor fits the 2015-2020 10-bolt 390mm pattern only -- 2021 and newer Challenger/Charger SRT and Scat Pack models use a larger 400mm 12-bolt front rotor and require a different part number. Does not fit models with the smaller 4-piston Brembo caliper (R/T, GT, and similar). The matching right/passenger-side rotor is PowerStop AR86002XR, or purchase the pair as AR86002XPR.
