Product Description

The PowerStop S6278 is a pair of remanufactured performance front brake calipers for the 2010-2015 Toyota 4Runner and 2010-2015 Lexus GX460. Each fixed 4-piston caliper is remanufactured at PowerStop's Chicago facility using new premium seals, high-temperature EPDM rubber dust boots, bleeder screws, guide pins, pin clips, and stainless steel brake pad abutment hardware. The calipers are finished with an electrostatic high-temperature red powder coating that resists rust and corrosion while providing a clean performance appearance behind stock or aftermarket wheels. Every caliper is 100% pressure tested to verify piston operation and ensure leak-free performance before leaving the facility. Premium silicone lubricant is applied to the caliper pins for smoother operation and extended service life right out of the box. The S6278 calipers are a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory front calipers and do not include a mounting bracket -- the original bracket is reused during installation.
