Product Description

The PowerStop L2727 is a remanufactured, direct-fit replacement caliper for the rear left (driver side) of 2003-2009 Toyota 4Runner and 2007-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser models, which share the same rear brake platform. It's built for owners who need to replace a single failed or leaking caliper without the cost of a new-OE unit, and bolts directly into place of the factory caliper with no modification required.

This is a floating caliper design built around a single piston, matching the factory rear brake setup on these models. Each unit is remanufactured in PowerStop's Chicago facility using new seals, slide pins, dust boots, bleeder screws, and stainless-steel pad abutment clips, then 100% pressure tested to confirm proper piston operation and rule out leaks before it ships. The included mounting bracket means no separate bracket sourcing is needed for installation.

Since this is a caliper-only replacement, brake pads and the rotor are not included and should be inspected or replaced separately as part of a complete brake service. If you're replacing calipers on both sides of the rear axle, the corresponding Rear Right caliper is sold separately to complete the pair.
