Product Description

The PERRIN PSP-SUS-565 Steering Dampener Lockdown creates a solid connection between the steering wheel and the car by compressing the rubber inside the factory steering dampener, virtually eliminating the play that many Subarus have built in to reduce road feedback. That factory slop is noticeable whether you're driving normally, maneuvering in a parking lot, or pushing hard on track -- this kit tightens it up without permanently modifying the factory dampener.

Precision CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in black anodize with a pad-printed PERRIN logo, the left and right halves are engineered to match the factory dampener's exact dimensions for a clean, reversible install. On 2015+ WRX models, installation takes about 30 minutes; other model years may require removing a few additional parts but still install in under an hour.
