Product Description

The Perrin PSP-ENG-623RD Air Oil Separator is the anodized red variant of Perrin's purpose-built engine protection upgrade for 2020-2025 Subaru Outback XT and Legacy XT models equipped with the FA24DIT turbocharged engine. Subaru's crankcase ventilation system recirculates blow-by gases through the intake - over time this coats the intake valves, intercooler core, and intake tract with oil vapor, reducing power output and accelerating valve wear. The Perrin AOS intercepts and separates the oil before it reaches the intake, automatically returning it to the engine so no manual servicing is needed.

The CNC-machined aluminum body is finished in a bold anodized red for a clean, color-coordinated engine bay look while providing long-term durability under heat cycles. The direct bolt-on design requires no modifications, and no tune is needed for proper function. Also available in Black (PSP-ENG-623BK). Backed by Perrin's 5-year limited warranty and made in the USA.
