The Perrin PSP-OIL-110 Thermostatic Oil Cooler Kit is designed to significantly lower engine oil temperatures under demanding conditions, extending engine life and preserving horsepower on 2002-2014 WRX and 2004-2021 STI models. Featuring a high-efficiency bar-and-plate Setrab core, the kit offers a substantial 15-20 °C temperature drop at high RPMs, ensuring peak performance during spirited driving or track use.

Installation is straightforward: simply replace the stock oil filter adapter with Perrin's thermostatic housing, which activates cooling only above 85 °C to maintain optimal operating temperature. All hoses are pre-assembled with Aeroquip -10 lines rated for 250 psi at 300 °F, while mounting brackets are made from durable 304 stainless or CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum for reliable installation. Total system requires just 1 quart of oil and includes full hardware and instructions. **Estimated install time: ~2 hours.**
