• NS111-HA is an OS Giken Super Lock Limited Slip Differential (LSD) designed to replace the OEM VLSD in compatible Nissan applications.
• Direct-fit configuration is for Z33 350Z applications using the flat-tip stub-axle configuration before the applicable model change.
• Later Z33 350Z applications require replacement of the RH output shaft with a second LH-style shaft; installation requires 2x Nissan 38220-AR011 output shafts.
• Z34 370Z applications require replacement of the RH output shaft with a second LH-style shaft; applicable Nissan references are 38220-1NC1B/38220-JK01B.
• Manual-transmission applications only.

Product Description

The OS Giken NS111-HA Super Lock LSD is a high-performance clutch-type limited-slip differential designed for compatible manual-transmission Nissan 350Z and 370Z applications. It replaces the OEM viscous limited-slip differential and uses OS Giken's patented pressure-ring architecture to provide smooth, progressive torque transfer while retaining the ability to achieve full locking under demanding conditions.

The differential uses a spline-through-side-gear design that permits a high friction-plate count, while the billet-machined case, forged gears, chemically heat-treated components, and precision-machined clutch discs are engineered for durability. The standard configuration uses 25/38-degree ramps, a 1.5-way arrangement, 336 lock timing, 20 total plates, and 12S preload.

Fitment is configuration-dependent. The NS111-HA directly corresponds to the earlier Z33 350Z flat-tip stub-axle configuration, while later Z33 and Z34 applications require specific RH-to-LH output-shaft changes. Manual transmission and RWD configuration are required. Verify the vehicle's chassis, engine, transmission, axle/stub configuration, and model year before installation.
