Product Description

The OS Giken NS112-HA is a Super Lock LSD for the 2003-2008 Nissan 350Z, 2009-2020 Nissan 370Z, and select Infiniti G35, G37, and Q60 models equipped with manual transmissions and the OEM open (non-LSD) differential with conical stub axle type. The Super Lock is the result of over four years of R&D, featuring a revolutionary spline-through-side-gear architecture with OS Giken's patented miniaturized pressure ring that houses up to 28 friction plates -- twice the capacity of competing designs. Combined with OS Giken's patented lock timing system, the Super Lock achieves complete lock in a progressive, smooth, and ultra-quiet manner suitable for both daily street driving and competitive racing.

The Spec-S standard setting delivers low preload with fully progressive 100% lock capability -- the differential feels open at parking speeds and in slow turns, yet transmits maximum power to both drive wheels under load. The LSD case is machined from a single billet piece, gears are raw-forged and chemically heat-treated, and clutch disks are precision-machined on both sides simultaneously for minimal warpage. No break-in period is required. OS Giken USA offers in-house tuning services including initial torque adjustment, lock progression timing, and ramp angle customization for any power level or driving style. Spec-X track-only setup (NS112-HB, +$125) and TCD enhanced oil cooling spec (NS112-HC) are also available.
