Unlike simple LED bulb swaps that rely on reflector housings designed for halogen light distribution, the Oculus uses a dedicated LED projection system with a precision-engineered lens that focuses the LED output into a controlled, high-intensity beam with a sharp cutoff line. The result is dramatically more usable light output - 5,200 total raw lumens at 5,500K - directed exactly where it is needed without spilling light upward to blind oncoming drivers. This is especially important on lifted JKs, where standard headlights often aim too high after suspension modifications.
